Russian Deputy Foreign Minister reiterates Russia's rejection of foreign interference in Syria's internal affairs

MOSCOW-Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov renewed Russia’s rejection of foreign interference in Syria.

He saw in a TV address that national dialogue is the best way to solve the internal problems in Syria through reforms in all domains and rebuilding the administrative system.

He said his country supports all efforts to continue national dialogue in Syria in a constructive atmosphere which serves the interests of people, hoping that this dialogue will yield positive outcomes, especially that the Syrian leadership had proposed a set of reform programs and plans.

Bogdanov said that the Palestinian cause is the main cause in the Middle East which remains central for the Arab world and the whole region despite the events on the Arab arena.

He also stressed Russia’s unswerving support to establishing an independent Palestinian state, as expressed through Russia’s effective participation at the UN Security Council and the Middle East Quartet of international mediators. شام برس
